INFORMATION ON PAIN CONDITIONS
Diagnosis
The diagnosis of your pain condition starts off with an initial consultation. During this time, the potential pain generators will be identified. Depending on what is found during the consultation, further investigations (blood tests, imaging or diagnostic injections) may be required.
|
Multidisciplinary Treatment
In pain medicine, there is no one-size-fits-all solution. In some cases, what is required is some rest and medications. In other cases, physical therapy, minimally invasive procedures or surgery may be required. We work with other specialists and allied health to achieve the best outcomes for you.

Minimally Invasive Procedures
Minimally invasive procedures are sometimes offered for the management of persistent pain.
Examples of these procedures include Injections, Botox, Nerve Ablations, Spinal Cord Stimulator Implants, etc. Depending on the condition and treatment, the outcome may be either curative or decreased pain. |
