His expertise includes spine and nerve pain (back/neck pain, sciatica, slipped discs, radiculopathy), musculoskeletal disorders (frozen shoulder, knee osteoarthritis, sports injuries), headache and facial pain (cervicogenic headaches, occipital neuralgia, trigeminal neuralgia), and neuropathic or persistent post-surgical pain.
Some types of injection (eg sacroiliac joint injection) can be done as a clinic procedure. However, may procedure related to the spine requires the use of a X-rays. For this reason, these are usually performed on a later date in a day procedure suite.
Yes. For patients who are using cash or medisave to pay for their shoulder injections, it can frequently be done on the same day as your consultation in our procedure suite. For patients who are utilizing insurance, you may choose to pay out of pocket first and have it done on the same day, or defer the procedure until a letter of guarantee has been obtained from your insurer.
